Md. Tariqul Islam Chowdhury

Md. Tariqul Islam Chowdhury is an educationist, social entrepreneur. He is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CCN Education Family, founder of CCN University of Science & Technology, Founder & Chairman of the Managing Committee of CCN Polytechnic Institute & CCN Model College. Besides, he is the Chief Executive of Alhaz Nurul Islam Chowdhury Shiksha Foundation. Mr. Tariqul Islam Chowdhury, one of those who are working at the grassroots level to help develop the vision of digital Bangladesh for the implementation of Vision 2021 of the present Government. Tariqul Islam Chowdhury was born on 6th December 1968 in the Berakhola village of Brahmanpara Upazila in Cumilla district. Tariqul Islam Chowdhury is the second son of Nurul Islam Chowdhury and Asia Islam Chowdhury. As an educationist, Tariqul Islam Chowdhury is a pioneer in the private education sector and has over 25 years of experience in Technical & Engineering Education. Mr. Tariqul Islam Chowdhury is a computer-related book writer. From 1994 to 1999, he published 42 computer-related books in the Bengali language. He is the founder Secretary-General of the Association for Computer Training & Educational Institutes of Bangladesh & founder Joint Secretary of Bangladesh Computer Writer’s Association. He was the Expert Member of the Standards Curriculum Development Committee of Bangladesh under the European Union & International Labor Organization. Mr. Chowdhury was the Chief Trainer of training program on the computer for teachers & officers of Ministry of Education, Directorate of Technical Education & Polytechnic Institutes. He was the Member Secretary of Informal Computer Education Curriculum Development Committee 2000. In the modernization of Madrasah education, Mr. Chowdhury worked as an Expert Member of the Curriculum Committee of the Vocational course under the Ministry of Education and Directorate of Technical Education. For his great contribution to the education sector, he was awarded the “Dhaka Cultural Academy Award-2010”.  He is the father of two children. Daughter Tanzina Islam Chowdhury (Synthia) and Son Iftekharul Islam Chowdhury (Siam).
